Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Moz Website and all it’s usage is governed by U.A.E. law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

Visa and Master Card Debit cards in Dirhams (AED) will be accepted for payment.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

REFUND POLICY

Moz Flowers, after accessing the circumstances, may offer an alternative solution such as re-sending the same product or a different one within the same price, or refund the price of the product.

We aim to solve a refund query within one working day, the solution will take in consideration the freshness of what flowers / plants can be offered and will be our Head Florist discretion.

We accept same day returns, only if the products are damaged or incorrect upon arrival to you the customer. Please notify us and return the products in their original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another, refund the payment, or offer a credit note for future use. We can only accept return of products that haven’t been tampered with or damaged due to negligence of the customer. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order production was not commenced, we will be able to cancel the order and proceed with refund evaluation.

In case your order has been out of delivery, we will strive to cancel the delivery, yet refund policy will be impracticable.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

PRIVACY POLICY

Moz Flowers treasures your privacy and ensure confidentiality to your information.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information including, without limitation, your credit card details, your billing address, your and recipient full name, address and email. You represent and warrant that: the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to disclose information only to parties involved in the preparation and/or delivery of your product, unless authorized to do so or required by law. Credit card information is always encrypted during network transfers.

Moz Flowers uses VendHQ as our online e-commerce platform.

All credit/ debit card’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

We will not pass any debit/ credit card details to third parties.

We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, mozflowers.com cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

If you provide information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. Moz Flowers operates this website and is referred here as “we”, “us” and “our” and all its information and services are available with the acceptance of all Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of service”) here presented.

These Terms of Service apply to all website users including, without limitation: Browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content creators.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products across various parts of the UAE. Shipping/ Delivery is carried out by our very own drivers using Chilled vans.

Deliveries for any orders placed before 5pm will be carried out on the same day, otherwise, next day delivery applies.

Our delivery fees come at a flat rate of AED 75.

Free shipping/ delivery applies to any orders of AED 350 and above.

Avoid any delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

Moz Flowers has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Customers using the website who are Minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website, unless consent has been given to us to allow any of your minor dependents to use mozflowers.com, by agreeing with these Terms of Service.

It is forbidden to use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes and violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Any Cyber-attack will be considered a criminal offense.

Services will immediate terminate when a breach or violation of any of this Terms occur.

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
