Can I customise my flower arrangement?

Yes. You can request specific colours, flower types, or add a personal message to any order. Contact us before placing your order and we will tailor the arrangement to your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery for orders within Dubai.

Are the flowers guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery?

Yes. All arrangements are hand-tied fresh on the day of delivery by our florists. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, contact us and we will make it right.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No. Our driver will contact the recipient before arriving. If no one is available, we can leave the flowers with a building concierge or arrange a re-delivery time that suits you.
